Responsible for managing the academic part of a project involving around US$ 60,000 and 900 people. Deliverables were the organization and publishing of a book with 17 articles and a UN Model for 660 high-school students all over Brazil. I had to lead directly a team of almost 40 people and, indirectly, 120 people.
